Virtual Hog Farmer Appreciation Dinner

Over the years, Niman Ranch’s annual Hog Farmer Appreciation Dinner has become known as an unforgettable evening and meal. The event is an opportunity to celebrate all the hard work of the Niman Ranch hog farmers and for the entire community to break bread together. Chefs consider it an honor to be asked to travel to Iowa to prepare this legendary meal. This year, we are inviting YOU to this special dinner, with a virtual cooking class taught by seven-Michelin award winner and farmer advocate Chef Thomas Keller. 

With your ticket, you will receive a meal kit shipped to your home that includes a recipe, the meat needed for the dish and special additions hand-curated by Chef Keller. You will then be able to join for a LIVE virtual cooking class to participate in an interactive demonstration with Chef Keller himself. All proceeds benefit young farmers through the Niman Ranch Next Generation Foundation.

The kit is intended to serve 2 people. 

Prior to the virtual class, participants will receive a recommended shopping list of items to include with your meal. You will also receive a recommendation of meal wine pairings.
